our people...
SynerTech Sales Associates
was founded in March, 2002. Our company has offices in Carrollton,
TX (a Dallas suburb), Houston, TX and Cedar Park, TX (an Austin suburb).
We cover the Four-State Southwestern Region of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana
and Arkansas. We have a combined experience of over 71 years of technical
sales in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry.
Our focus is mainly on the custom products in an electronic system that
helps our customers differentiate their products from their competition.
We address as many of the ‘building blocks” of an electronic
system as we can, such as the power supply and conditioning, the enclosure,
the circuit board and its components, the thermal management and the
cabling. We have built relationships with the finest suppliers of these
products. Our Principals offer complete engineering support to help our
customers optimize their designs quickly through a “T.E.A.M.” effort.
The SynerTech Team gets great satisfaction from successfully helping
our customers achieve their objectives on time, competitively priced,
and beyond their expectations. And we appreciate and respect the trust
that is given to us by our customers to help them with their designs.

Tom attended Harper College
in the Mechanical Engineering program in Illinois.
Tom has been in Industrial Sales since 1979. He spent just over 10 years
working for electronic components distributors in various positions,
including Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Manager, Product Manager and
Operations Manager.
In 1990, Tom went to work as a Manufacturer’s Representative at
a large firm in Austin, where he spent 7 successful years in business
development and Distribution Sales Manager. He spent 3 more years as
the Austin Area Account Manager for another Rep firm before starting
SynerTech Sales Associates, Inc, in March of 2002.

Ken is a graduate
of Southern Illinois University, with a degree in Education. He has
over 30 years in Sales and Service Industries. He has always enjoyed
being part of a team with customers. Whether it was in a retail environment
helping customer dress for a special occasion or helping a company’s
new product go from prototype to final product, the situation doesn’t
really matter. It is very satisfying to see the fruits of your labor
when it comes to serving others.
He spent his early sales years in retail sales and management. He found
the experience to be a great way to meet a lot of interesting people
in a very social environment. After a period of time, he wanted to explore
other areas, and discovered industrial electronics. Component distribution
was quite an education. There was a lot to learn, and it continues to
evolve. In the early nineties before the Internet really took hold, he
sold computers, printers, software. This took him to a little different
level of corporate sales - working with I.T. This involved both buying
and selling to I.T experts.
In 2001, Ken and his brother, Tom, hit a point in their lives where they
both wanted to work for themselves. They often heard questions about
their sanity in trying to start a business post 9/11. They found that
the path from there was always up and to the right. Ken is very eager
to serve his customers with their manufacturing requirements.

Tom has a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering Technology from
Texas A&M University. He was named to National Dean’s List,
and the recipient of the College of Engineering’s Distinguished
Student Award. He is a Member of TAU ALPHA PI National Honorary Scholastic
Fraternity (Top 4% of his Class)
He has over 20 years experience in Industrial Sales. He has spent time
in Electronics Distribution and as a Manufacturer’s Representative
as an Outside Account Manager, as well as working for a large component
manufacturer as a Regional Sales Manager.
Tom has managed all accounts in the North Texas and Oklahoma areas.
Tom also has command of conversational Spanish and has called on Maquillas
in the Rio Grande Valley and El Paso/Juarez areas.
