SynerTech Sales Associates is a Manufacturer's Representative serving the four-state region of Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas. As a Manufacturer's Representative, we are a sales organization representing a number of Suppliers to our marketplace, and we are also a service organization focused on providing the best service possible to our Customers and Principals. Providing you with the best service possible is our top priority. It is our goal to help make your job easier by providing the following services to you along with the products we sell.

For Our Customers
Here are just some of the ways we can assist and add value for our Customers.
- Rapid Response to Inquiries – As a Customer or potential customer of SynerTech Sales Associates, you will not be waiting around for answers for long. We recognize that you need to get your questions answered quickly and make fast response a priority.
- Sourcing of Components – If you are not already clear what part number you need, or would like a second source to a part you have chosen, we can take care of that for you.
- Unique products – As a Customer or potential customer of SynerTech Sales Associates, you will not be waiting around for answers for long. We recognize that you need to get your questions answered quickly and make fast response a priority.
- Design Assistance –All of our manufacturers offer design assistance. IonDesign, who specializes in board layout and sourcing, offers fee-based contract design services.
- Expediting Assistance – Please allow us to assist you in monitoring your orders with our companies. We are glad to flag your orders and work with our factories to get your deliveries on time. We can schedule deliveries over time for your convenience.

For Our Principals
Here are a few examples of the ways we support our Principals
- Regular Communication to Discuss Issues and Events –We believe that a personal conversation, in person or by phone, is the best and most effective way we communicate. Therefore, we try to stay in regular, even daily, communication to review opportunities and obstacles that affect our success.
- Regular Reporting – Even though we stay in touch verbally, many of our Principals require periodic reports such as Sales Reports or Forecasts. We make sure our Principals have those reports so they can discuss with intelligence the issues with their Management.
- Personal Assistance – There are times when a shipment is delivered to the wrong place, a Customer has a problem that needs another set of eyes to convey to the Principal such as an unexpected defect, or other reasons that we at SynerTech need to jump in our cars and go to the Customer on behalf of the Principal. We don't hesitate to do that, and offer it as part of our service to our Principals AND Customers.
- Limited Number of Manufacturers – During these hard times, it is not uncommon to see Manufacturer's Representatives with 20, 30 or more lines represented. We feel that a Manufacturer's Representative should limit the number of companies they represent for the sake of mind share. We have some great minds in our business, but giving the deserved mind share to 20 to 30 companies we think to be difficult if not impossible. That is why we try to limit the number of companies we represent so everyone gets all the attention they expect and deserve.
